Someone copied my design

Hi,

Someone copied my design and made a casino site of it (mine was an arcade), but it is almost exactly the same but I can't proof he copied mine..

I guess I cannot do anything about this? Or does any of you have an idea?

I am afraid you cannot do anything about that. Too bad he copied your design, but he did design it himself? He took yours as example right?

If he totally copied from you, there have to be marks in it that refer to you?

That is not cool! But google knows you had it first tho

You can also watermark your designs, its not pretty, but sure they can't copy it.. but than.. they can always re design it based on your idea, nothing you can do about that
