At what age do you consider a young person old enough to be responsible enough to have their own cell phone??
Wait, make it a little easier....do you think a child of 11 years old, is old enough to have their own cell phone??

I think if its a cheap phone then its probably okay to let them have one at 10+ for safety reasons.

No i dont think that children should have cell phones unless there is a need.Its upto parents to decide whether the kids are mature enough to handle cell phones.

Children above 10 years old can already have their own phone. For me I want my children to be aware of technology so I don't want them to be left behind. Plus it would be better if the already have their phone so you can call them in times of emergency.

My neighbor kids are 7 & 8 and both have phones, irritating me on whatsapp haha.

I think its good, its going to be a techy future so, better be in it at early age.
