Hi, as we know that PHP is a server side scripting language, which play the same role as ASP, means to say that, PHP Script Run on Server Side, then you need like WAMP [ window + Apache + MySql + PHP ]. & for learning that PHP, you go w3scholls.com [Beginner], and if you have little bit info, then go for Practical way using any Search Engine like Google. and enjoy it.

Aside from w3school, goodphptutorial.com has a beginner and advance tutorial on PHP. They also have CSS, .NET and Java lessons.
