With a partner you can push each other to work harder at it, so more chance to succeed! Also, you know more people with the two of you! + link building goes twice as hard if you both work on it!

If you have more than 1 site, it is good to have a partner on some others

The site I'm building is being done with a partner; being able to divide up the work behind the site can be a godsend, even if you only get half of the profits. The time saved by having the help may actually make your ROI in the site higher.

This article attempts to answer whether there is any reason to form a general partnership today, in light of new corporate forms which combine many of the advantages with few of the disadvantages.
