i guess it would cost more than the normal rates.
Sounds nice addition for advertisers
it would surely bring them more visits than the normal type

Well , this will make users visit the advertised sites until they accustom with this ad....then google will have to find something more attractive

Nice. The rates will be higher than usual. Obviously you get more clicks on ads like these compared to regular ones!
