Default Joomla - Use it or leave it?

Planning to make a gambling / poker affiliate site, and I am not sure what CMS to use... should I go with the old and trustful Wordpress? or try Joomla for this one???

    Any views on this?

    It depends.

I have seen a few blogs / forums / Joomla sites with that niche.

It depends on how you want to present it and what will bring people to your website.

I think Joomla is good , but maybe Drupal is better and more flexible.

Of late I have worked with a few sites that operate on wordpress and I derived a lot of satisfaction from them and the way they worked.

Joomla is also good but what I found is wordpress has lot more help and support than joomla. It will be much easier to find a solution to a problem if using wordpress.
