There will be a little investment required of around $25-50 max from each person for start up prizes,expenses etc

Ideal partnerts would be 1 from each of these areas USA,UK,INDIA

Im thinking about doing something along the lines of a webmasters penny auction site where you can win free hosting,laptops,domains.

Or just go like all the other penny auction sites and offer everything.

When partners are in place then we can decide the domain.
