What's better? High PR social bookmarking or dofollow links?

Building links from dofollow blogs especially from higher PR pages needs huge resources. In my opinion I would go for relevance. Traffic is the real object. If you stop worrying about follow or nofollow and simply go for what really works for your niche, you will get PageRank and visitors.

I certainly agree with Angel because Blog commenting and Forum posting is essential to build credible back links to increase our website page rank but make sure it is do follow.

I think social bookmarking is best than dofollow links .Social bookmarking is good way to get traffic on a website .

High pr social bookmarking site have lots of visitors . So as traffic point of view if you submit your URL in it will be beneficial for you.But if you are targeting for a good back link then surely go for do follow as it will benefits in your ranking position.

I personally preferred Do Follow back links which have at least 3 or 4 PR if they do not have than Digg would more beneficial.

According to my opinion, Both are very effective way to promote or generate web traffics. So I will prefer both of these.
