i just got a new toshiba laptop, and apparently my download manager was a trial version and now the 30 day period is over and i have no serial number to register it. The Bigger prob is that now i cant download anything at all not even a new download manager. What can i do please help. Thank you

I'm not sure what exactly is going on. It sounds like whenever you try to download anything the download manager tries to start up but asks for a product key in order to use it.

If that's the case, uninstall the download manager and then your browser should just take over downloading things.
